TPi Staff...
Joy Razo

I have lived in the Madera/Fresno area my entire life.  I attended the local community college and achieved a 2 year AS degree.  My intent was to get a degree in psychology, but after taking a few courses at Fresno State University, I decided it was not for me.  I started working at TPi in May 1999 as a Customer Service Representative.  After a few years, I was promoted to the Customer Service Manager position and currently manage three employees.  I have received several certificates in customer service related classes and a couple of management classes.  I married in the beginning of 2009 and had my first child later that year.  I enjoy participating in different types of physical activities including hiking, biking, weight training and running.  I have participated in a half marathon and a 5K in Monterey, CA.  The true joys of my life, though, are my sons.

Andrea Martinez

I was born and raised in the Bay Area.  I came to the Central Valley to attend Fresno State and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science.  I have been in the feed industry ever since - focusing mainly on dairy feed.  I started off in formulations and expanded into purchasing and pricing of formulas and ingredients.  My husband and I have two young daughters who keep us busy.  We recently moved to nearby Madera Ranchos where a lot of our free time is spent working on our new house.

Clay Samper

I grew up on a small ranch in Raymond, CA and was actively involved in 4-H and FFA.  I graduated from CSU Fresno with a B.S. in Animal Science and Ag Education in 1995 and later returned to earn my M.S. in Animal Nutrition in 2008.  I have been involved with the animal feed industry my entire professional career in various capacities ranging from stacking bags to technical nutrition sales and consulting.  God has blessed me with a wonderful family.  We enjoy raising and exhibiting club lambs, various equestrian activities, and participating in several sports.

Bernadette Hernandez

I have lived in the Madera/Fresno area my entire life.  I took a few medical courses at the local adult school in the hopes to pursue a career in a medical office.  I started working for TPi in November 1999 as a receptionist.  I soon moved into the accounting department handling some account receivables.  I eventually ended up in the customer service department and currently hold a Customer Service Representative position.  I have achieved several certificates in customer service related classes.  I have two wonderful teenage/adult children.  I enjoy shopping, but my true passions in life are my crafts and gardening.

Ramon Pimentel

I was born and raised in Madera, CA.  I attended the local community college where I took several general studies course and a few criminology courses.  My goal was to obtain a degree in criminology and ultimately become a California Highway Patrol man.  I started working for TPi in December 2003 as a production worker.  I worked my way into the shipping and receiving department and soon found myself in the Shipping/Receiving Lead Man position.  I eventually ended up in the customer service department and currently hold a position as a Customer Service Representative.  I was a single father for several years before meeting and eventually marrying my wife in 2007.  Since then, we have welcomed home two beautiful daughters.  I enjoy collecting Transformer Action toys, but most of my time is spent being a loving husband and father.

Eduardo Flores

I grew up in Oxnard, CA.  I received my B.S. degree in Animal Science from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) in San Luis Obispo, CA.  I started working for TPi in June 2006 in the sales department to assist with quality issues.  I soon found myself holding the only Quality Assurance position for the company.  During my years at TPi, I received my Professional Animal Scientist (PAS) credential.  Most of my "down" time is spent traveling to southern CA to visit with family and friends.

Larry Skoglund

I grew up in Portland, Oregon.  I attended the local community college (Portland Community College) where I spent two years taking courses in general studies.  I continued on to the University of Oregon where I spent a year taking several courses with my primary focus on finance.  I have been on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Feed Association for 22 years and in 1998 and 1999, held the position of President for the Oregon Feed Association.  I joined the TPi family in June 2000 when they opened a warehouse in Hubbard, Oregon.  I came on board to handle the sales in the Washington, Oregon and Idaho areas, but also to help get the new warehouse up and running.  I am currently the Account/Branch Manager.  I am married and have a terrific son.  I enjoy fishing, golfing, camping and riding ATV's in the desert sand as well as on the sandy beaches.  I truly love classical music.

Kyle Olguin

I grew up in Madera, CA and have lived there most of my life.  When growing up, I spent time on my grand father's turkey ranch which got me interested in the agriculture side of life.  When I graduated at Madera High School, I left for college in Michigan where I received my degree in Theology.  While on summer and winter breaks, I would come home to Madera and work at TPi starting in 2005.  After graduating college in December of 2008, I came home to work full time for TPi.  After working in Madera doing production line-ups and QA, I was asked to take the Facility Managers position here in Hubbard, OR and accepted this in a heart beat.  I now run our Distribution Center and also help assisting customers in orders and questions.  One of my favorite hobbies is to travel the United States and the world.  My favorite so far has been the three months I spent in the Amazon Jungle of Brazil after graduating High School in 2004.
